Education is the most important to development of a country. Educational system is the key in development of a country.  Almost all of country use educational system to developing knowledge and human skill that finally they have power to build a country. The development of a country depends on educational system.

Education is needed in all governmental like economy, policy system, technology, etc. Surely, quality of education makes certain quality of country.  Having much knowledge will give good impact for our country. However, less knowledge will give bad impact for our country. A good education system will develop Specialized Skill and higher level of thinking. A good education system can supply a lot of skilful employees and it can be good human resource. In addition, a good education will not only bring talented people into the country, but also increase our life styles.

As we know that education affects almost all part of a country. So, everything needs education. We can change economy of a country by education. We can use and develop technology by education. Without education we can’t develop them and of course we can’t also develop our country. In addition, we must apply a good educational system to make our country be develop. I believe that, a good educational system can result high qulity human.

In my conclusion, educational system is the only one critical factor to development of a country. Educational system has important role in development of a country.  Surely, with a good educational system, the other thing like economy, technology, system policy and the other will be good also.

News Editor (Writing)

News is people’s need. It’s very important to know because we can know what happen in our surrounding. We can get much information and knowledge by watching and reading news. There many medias to looking the news such as newspaper and television. Publishing news can be decided by news editor. Of course, he has many consideration before decide to publish it and he must be responsible on his decision.

There are many factors can influence news editor to broadcast or publish the news. They are interesting, imprtant and useful. The content of the news must be able to interact the people. In addition, the news is popular and up to date. The news must be famous in order the people are not bored. The other factor is unique. The editor usually publishes unique news such as Ponaro case when shaman child that can be allay the people by his finger. The news will be watched or red by many people because it’s different with the other news. Furthermore, controversy is also one of factors can influence news editor to choose the news. So, controversional news can make the people always wait the news. For instance, Gayus tambunan and price increase of oil fuel. The people will wait news progress.

In general, the news can be devided into two types namely  bad news and good news. In fact, many bad news is published in newspaper and broadcats on television such as fighting, corruption, narcissist demonstration, flood and many others. Those can attract many people. The people are carious. They always looking for bad news because it’s more interesting and not easy to forget. The bad news can give good impact for the people. In particular, weather news. It can be good news because the people can know the weather in the future. On the other hand, bad news can give bad impact such as fighting. The viewer will try to do it and it’s not good. However, sometimes the people need good news because it can make happiness and positive suggestion. For instance, someone who become a winner in a big match such as Olympic, it can be a motivation for the people.

In short, news is very important. Bad news and good news are equally required to get information and increase knowledge. However, in fact bad news is much more than good news. The people prefer to watch bad news than good news.

Young generation and Old generation

There are many differences between young generation and old generation. In particular, difference of behaviour, style, food, thinking, the way of speaking, and risk taking

Talk about behaviour, young generation are impetuous in their action, while the old generation are the otherwise. Young generation has horrible moral like wild rice and fighting. Young generation is rude, selfishness, ambitious, blaming everyone and not doing any introspection, while old generation has better moral. They knew what privacy is. They are more respectful and appreciate the others. Older generation know the pros and cons of every situation, they have a natural ability to do. Older generation can better judge people since they have met so many in their life.

If we view from style, young generation is more enthusiastic than old generation about style. Young generation is more up to date than old generation. Young generation follow trend of style, but old generation generally not follow.

Young generation and old generation have also difference in terms of food. Young generation like to consume fast food. They don’t think the result of what they consume. They just eat and eat what they like, different from old generation, they like to consume healthy food. They think impact of food what they consume.

In terms of thinking, young generation just think about what happen now. They don’t too think their future. They just do what they want to do. While, old generation is more think the future. They always think before do something.

Young generation and old generation have also difference in terms of the way of speaking. Young people speak in more slang because they are learning ways to shorten what they are trying to say and make new word. For instance, OMG (oh my god), TTYL (talk to you later), LOL (laugh on loud), different from old generation. They have better grammar. They speak more carefully. They know what they should talk.

In terms of risk taking, young generation don’t think carefully about the risk. They are braver to take a risk. While, old generation will over think before acting because they always think about the risk in the future.

Speaking_Career Woman

Career Woman

Career woman is a woman who works outside of the home. A career woman really sticks to her job seriously and it’s priority in her life. Nowadays, in era of women’s emancipation, there are many women have a job. Used to, women just stay at home and didn’t get a good education. But now, in era emancipation we can see that women can work and no discrimination.They are free to choose jobs they want.Now, women not only become housewife but also career woman. They look for the other activities besides become a housewife like work in the offices, business woman, teacher and so on. In fact, there are many women be a leader in the offices. It’s mean that women can be ahead. Why do women to choose to be career woman? Because they want to apply their knowledge they have, they don’t want depend of their family, they want to be independent, help financial of family and so on. But, the increasing number of career women will result in unemployment of men.

According of law every woman, man, youth and child has right. Everyone has same right especially for get a job. There is no prohibition for woman to work. Woman and man have similar position to work. They have same right to develop their career, but women have to know their position as a woman or housewife. Athough they work, they may not forget their family. Of course, women have obligation to protect harmony of their family.

If we view of the religion especially Islam, Islam doesn’t forbid women to work. We know that Rasulullah’s wife, Siti Khadijah is a business woman. So, it’s mean that Islam allows women to work. But, women have to know limitation to work. For example, women must close the genitals if they want go out home and they must get a permission for their husband or their parents. Women must be smart to choose a job in order they don’t break over. Beside that they must be able to manage their time for their family. They must balance between work and family. So, Women are given a freedom to work, but they must obey Islam’s rule.

Speaking_Juvenile Deliquency

Juvenile delinquency is a crime that is committed by young people. Teen-age is transitional from children to teenager where this period the teenagers try to find who their selves.  The Juvenile delinquency has become a common crime in almost around the world, include in Indonesia. It is the one of the serious problem in our country. It must get pay attention by all people and government because it is very dangerous for teenager’s future and for the country. They are next generation to our country. So, we must save our generation from negative things, include juvenile delinquency.

In Indonesia, there are many young people commit delinquency. For instance, smoking, consume narcotic, free sex, fighting, wild rice, etc. Of course, those have bad impact or consequence such as, pregnancy outside of marriage and easy to get illness such as HIV/AIDS. We often see on Television, a lot of teenagers use narcotic and fighting between students, between gang and it’s very tragic. It shows the increasing of crime of juvenile. Of course, it’s bad news for our country. Why? Because young people are foundation for our country, so we must prepare them from now. However, if we see the fact, it’s difficult to realize, but if we hard work I believe the juvenile delinquency can be reduced.

Juvenile delinquency can be happened caused some factors. They are the negative impact of technology, less knowledge of religious, family that broken home, environment, lack of family attention, lack of parent’s affection, the lack of school controlling role, and many others.

Nevertheless, not only teenager commit delinquency but also adult. We can see that there are many adults commit crime such as corruption, hanky-panky, bribery, etc. So, the cause of crimes not only committed by young people but also adult. I think, there are reasons about how it rising up to them, such as free relationship, global life style, internet and so on.

I think, there are many ways to reduce the delinquency such as give more knowledge about religious, give more attention and affection and if all system having high participant in preventive act, I think this problem can be solved.

In short, delinquency can be committed by teenagers and adults. I think we must get hard work to decrease the delinquency in order we can live peacefully and of course our country can be saved.
